Revival Square plans get positive feedback from P&Z
The Camp family's plans to turn Revival on Highway 71 from a single store into a complete multi retailer destination met with tacit approval to move to the next stage at Bee Cave P&Z on Tuesday the 15th.

The plan calls for combining two plots of land, adding several new buildings and making the area aretail destination in three phases. The central building is a recycled church which is planned to be shipped in pieces from Ohio where it was dedicated in 1906 but damaged by fire 30 years ago.
At issue is a change of use and a variance allowing some permeable surfaces for walkways and parking to count towards the impervious cover calculations.
This week P&Z recommended that the Camps bring those requests to the City formally.
