Hudson's Bend "Los Pinos" restaurant reopened on this past Wednesday to overwhelming crowds of well wishers and diners. (Every parking place and table taken with people patiently waiting their turn). This popular place burned on the July 4th weekend and locals have been watching and waiting as the reconstruction progressed.  The owner-Margarito- was in the kitchen cooking and overseeing the  TexMex and there was an air of  celebration. The bartender stayed busy serving up margaritas and specialty drinks.

  Another TexMex restaurant???? Seems like city is saturated with TexMex cuisine already.

  This restaurante is popular for a reason and los locales are feliz they are back! Muy buena comida TexMex for a buen precio!

  Los Pinos is so much better than your average TexMex... don't knock it until you try it. Standouts are the aquas frescas (melon is amazing), chicken chipotle, beef in chipotle cream sauce and their tortilla soup. Amazing.
